COR is a UK based and focused organisation, for organic food and farming researchers, that was established to provide a forum where approaches to, and unresolved issues arising from, research on organic systems and their components, could be aired and developed.

Our objectives are;

1.      To instigate and encourage research to develop and improve organic systems along the lines of the IFOAM Principles of Organic Agriculture.

2.      To co-ordinate research, in collaboration with users and funders of research for the development of organic farming.

3.      To promote discussion of research methods and results relevant to organic farming on both a domestic and international level.

4.      To promote knowledge exchange within the organic farming industry integrating funders, users and intermediaries.

5.      To promote high quality, scientific research on organic farming to the wider scientific community.
